Yes. The Pristine is compatible with all major bottle brands and neck widths. No special adapters needed.

The Pristine uses a high-pressure dual-arm spray system with 36 total jets (20 directional jets and 16 swirling jets) delivering true 360° coverage. This reaches inside narrow bottle necks, pump valves, and silicone nipple tips that a bottle brush simply cannot access reliably.

The Pristine’s Fast Wash mode completes in just 20 minutes, getting your bottles clean and ready before the next feed with minimal waiting.

The Pristine offers 9 smart cleaning modes including Standard Wash, Fast Wash, Sterilise, Dry, Storage. This gives you flexibility whether you need a fast refresh between feeds or a thorough overnight clean.

Yes. The combination of hot-water spray pressure and Lollababy detergent tablets breaks down milk fats, proteins, and formula residue — including dried-on residue that hand washing often misses.

We strongly recommend using only Lollababy detergent tablets. They have been specifically tested and certified safe for use with the Pristine machine and, most importantly, safe for your baby. Using third-party detergents will void your warranty, and may affect cleaning performance or leave chemical residues on feeding items.

Yes. The Pristine uses 100°C steam sterilisation to eliminate 99.99% of harmful bacteria and viruses — the same clinical standard used in professional hygiene settings. No chemicals, no residue, just clean steam.

Both. You can run sterilisation as a standalone function on items you’ve already pre-rinsed, or combine it with a full wash and dry cycle for a single one-touch clean.

Yes. The Pristine uses HEPA 13-filtered warm air drying to ensure bottles come out completely dry — no moisture trapped inside, no water spots, no damp drying racks taking over your counter.

The Pristine maintains a sealed, HEPA 13-filtered storage environment that keeps items sterile for up to 72 hours after a completed cycle. Your bottles are hygienic and ready to use whenever the next feed arrives — no re-sterilising needed.

No. The Pristine is a countertop appliance with a removable water tank and a drain hose that feeds into your kitchen sink. Just fill, run, and drain — no installation required.

The Pristine uses just 3.6L–3.8L of water per cycle — significantly less than hand washing (which can easily consume 15L or more) and far less than a conventional dishwasher.

We recommend using distilled or filtered water for best results. Tap water can leave water marks on bottles and cause mineral buildup inside the machine over time. While tap water will still clean effectively, distilled water helps keep both your bottles and your Pristine in better condition for longer.

Dirty water drains automatically through the included hose directly into your sink. There is no dirty water tank to empty or clean separately — a hygiene advantage over designs where stagnant pooled water can become a concern.

Minimal. Clean the mesh filter occasionally and run a standard wash cycle with the descaling tablets / citric acid every 1–2 months (similar to descaling a kettle). Replace the HEPA filter every 3–6 months depending on your environment — homes with higher dust levels or humidity may need more frequent changes. Replacement filters are available at lollababy.com.sg.

1. Remove the water tank, then pour hot water at 60–70°C directly into the main unit
2. Drop in 1 Lollababy descaling tablet and allow it to fully dissolve
3. Leave for 30 minutes without running the machine, then pour the solution away
4. Rinse the unit 2–3 times with fresh cold water
5. Reattach the water tank and run one empty Standard cycle before resuming normal use

For heavy build-up, repeat the full process as needed.

Descale every 1–2 months as part of regular maintenance, or earlier if you notice white chalky residue inside the unit or on components. If you’re using hard water, you may need to descale more frequently.

Use hot water at 60–70°C. Do not exceed 70°C as water that is too hot may reduce the tablet’s effectiveness. A simple way to get this right: boil your kettle and let it cool for 4–5 minutes before using.

Just 1 tablet per cycle. Drop it into the main unit with the hot water and allow it to fully dissolve before proceeding

No. Leave the unit idle for 30 minutes while the solution works. Do not run any cycle during this time.

The tablets are non-toxic, fragrance-free, and BPA-free. But they are designed to clean the machine, not the bottles directly. Always complete the full rinse and empty Standard cycle before resuming normal use to ensure the unit is fully clear of any cleaning solution.

We recommend using Lollababy Descaling Tablets which are specifically formulated for the Pristine™ Bottle Care Station. Using third-party descaling products may affect machine performance or void your warranty.

Yes. All surfaces that come into contact with feeding items are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials. No harmful chemicals will leach into your bottles or pump parts.

100°C steam is safe for all BPA-free plastic, glass, and silicone feeding items that are rated as steriliser-safe. If you’re unsure about a specific accessory, check that item’s manufacturer guidance.
